Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by the customer (the “Customer”) identified in the account application associated with these terms and conditions, which are an integral part of the agreement with KLVR CORP: 1. Purchases for Resale The Customer confirms that all items purchased are intended strictly for resale purposes. The Customer agrees to acquire and maintain a valid resale certificate and sales tax identification number for the state(s) in which they operate their business. 2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy The Customer agrees not to advertise or display product prices below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) set forth in KLVR CORP’s price sheet. This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including online listings and website pricing. By completing transactions with KLVR CORP, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in the termination or restriction of account privileges.
